We accept returns for our items, as long as they are unworn, undamaged and returned to us in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice/receipt within 28 days of purchase.
Before sending the item back to us, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com to confirm approval.
Once authorised, you can follow our Return procedure under ‘How Do I Return An Item?’ listed below.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. All items being returned should be sent with the original receipt (invoice) and a note with it to state the reason for you returning the item. You must include your order number with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our systems.

*Please note that postage costs are not refundable. Also, the return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 7 days of the day the parcel was returned. Please note this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the stated returns period or is faulty. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can only process exchanges within the UK, unfortunately, International orders cannot be accepted at this moment in time.
As long as you are within your 28 day return policy date and the item is still in the original packaging and labels/tags still attached, you can exchange your item.
Please follow the same procedure as stated in ‘How Do I Return An Item’ (above) and include a note to state that you’d like an exchange. Please include information on Colour, Size, Quantity etc… so I Returns team can process your order correctly.
Exchanges will be sent back to you within 7 days from receiving the item, with no extra fee for postage.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name, Address & order number and we can confirm whether we’ve received the item(s) or not.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, HOW DO I RETURN?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com with your Full Name, Address & Order Number. Please also include 2 or more images of the fault so we can investigate this further. Once authorized to return, you can follow the same procedure as stated in ‘How Do I Return An Item?’ (above).
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
We apologise if you have received the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name, Address & order number so we can investigate this further.
