WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which may contact tracking information. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@myrevuk.com and we can look into your order location further.

Please note that we do not dispatch over the weekends, therefore any orders made Thursday onwards may not processed until the following Monday.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@myrevuk.com with your Full Name, Address & order number and we can confirm whether we’ve received the item(s) or not.

I CAN’T FIND A CERTAIN ITEM, IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?

Have you tried ‘searching’ for the item through our site? If not, try this and if it still doesn’t appear unfortunately, the item is out of stock.

We’re constantly re-stocking items or stock similar styles daily, so keep a look out as your dreams may come true!

CAN I AMEND AN ORDER?

We tend to process orders very quickly in order to get them out to you as soon as possible. You can try contacting us at customerservice@myrevuk.com to see if this is still available to amend.

MY PROMOTIONAL/ DISCOUNT WON’T WORK, WHAT DO I DO?

Your code may not work for a number of reasons

  • Spelling – Have you entered the code in correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying & pasting the code instead.
  • Expiry Date – All our codes have an expiry date, please double check the T&C’s of the code to make sure it is still valid (normally in small writing at bottom of image/ newsletter)
  • Usage – Our codes can only be used once per account. After it has been used, it is invalid.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Yes. Most of the item our orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For which requires a signature. Please make sure there is access to this within the allotted time for delivery.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED OR REFUNDED?

Our items are fast selling both online and in-store, most of the time, items you have ordered can become suddenly unavailable. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know, and can sometimes offer you the opportunity to amend your order by selecting another product of the same or lower price.

If you are an International customer, there may be a chance that there is something wrong with your payment – this can happen if the order exceeds £100. Please contact customerservice@myrevuk.com to receive further information on why we cancelled your order.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately, we do not accept student discount at the current moment in time. However, it is something we are looking into further and hope to have up & running in the near future.
